QUALITIES TO HAVE A GOOD TEACHER

A good teacher is the one who guarantees the success of the learning process, just as a bad one can ensure its failure.

The task of the teacher, who is also an apprentice, is pleasant and demanding at the same time. It requires seriousness, scientific preparation, physical, emotional, affective.

Therefore I can express some qualities of a good teacher

Another essential quality of good educators is tolerance. Without it, serious pedagogical work is impossible, an authentic democratic experience is not viable.

Tolerance is not an irresponsible position, that is, it does not mean colluding with the intolerable, it is not concealing the aggressor or disguising it. Tolerance is the virtue that teaches us to live together, respect and learn from the different.

Safety is another of the qualities to cultivate. It implies scientific competence, political clarity and ethical integrity. Security requires a critically disciplined way of acting with which educators challenge their learners .It has to do, on the one hand, with the competence that the teacher or teacher has to teach to think and to reveal reality to their students. And on the other, it refers to the way in which educators exercise their authority: credible, respectful and helpful.

An open mind.  Learning and adaptation are two of the most important parts that every good teacher should have. Every day have new challenges and you must be able to adapt and handle a significant number of adverse elements.
